I did not live in or inspect this property, but I’m aware the previous tenants left due to lead-paint dust on the floors (they had a toddler). The agent was asked to ensure remediation, but the landlord reportedly refused. Prospective tenants should request written confirmation that proper lead-safe clean-up has been completed before committing.
