One owner controls the entire building and has not properly fixed anything since the 1970s. I lived there for 10 years. The gutters were so decayed they were basically non-existent, causing severe mould issues that could not be managed despite constant cleaning. No heating, no proper repairs (or work done by unqualified handymen), holes in walls open to the outside, and an ancient fuse box dating back to the 1960s. Rent continued to increase despite the property falling further into disrepair. I eventually had to move to avoid losing all my belongings.
