The property was in very poor condition. Doors would not lock properly and had to be secured with a plank of wood. Floorboards had gaps between the planks, allowing cold, heat, and insects to get inside. The landlord was unreasonable, invasive, and difficult to deal with. Rent was overpriced and they attempted to increase it further. Overall, an unsafe and stressful rental experience.
