Decent land size but that’s about it. The owners actually live right next door but don’t tell you that up front. There were broken roof tiles and the ceiling in the bedroom turned mouldy. Instead of fixing it properly they just painted over the mould again and again. The kitchen was falling apart — cupboard doors were constantly falling off and they just kept drilling them back into old rotting chipboard. The gutters were rusted through and every time it rained heavily the area near the front carport would flood. They sent the same handyman for everything and he made the female tenant uncomfortable every time he came over. The whole place felt neglected and poorly managed.
