This house is in a flood zone, something the agency never disclosed until after we’d already moved in and received the keys. After heavy rain, water swept under the house and destroyed many of our belongings. The external door swelled badly whenever it rained because of poor guttering, making it almost impossible to open or close properly. A deeply stressful and costly rental that should have come with proper disclosure before signing.
