Do not rent through this agency. It took more than three months for them to begin addressing a severe mould issue at the property, and the problem was still unresolved when this review was written. It was only after I started VCAT proceedings that they finally began taking the issue seriously. Overall the handling of urgent maintenance was extremely poor.
