This place is f****d. Lived here for 18 months, nothing but trouble from day one. Broken plumbing with no grout in the bathroom shower. Water-damaged walls (literally soggy wall in the living room) with black mould. Radio silence from the agent. Constant power outages and dodgy wiring, and the external laundry setup ruined multiple washing machines. Landlord and agent refuse to help or spend a dime. Do not rent here.
