Fabulous property and an excellent agent who was great to deal with. Unfortunately, the landlord has taken us to VCAT over extremely minor scratching—normal fair wear and tear—on the distressed timber stairs, and this has dragged on for two years as of October 2023, with them still withholding the entire bond. The exit video shows how spotless and shiny we left the place. A beautiful home and great agency, but an unreasonable landlord spoilt the experience.
