This older home looked charming from the outside but had several serious issues. The floorboards were uneven, drafts came through the walls and windows, and the house was noisy from traffic. We had recurring problems with rats getting inside, and despite multiple reports about leaking bedrooms, the landlord showed no interest in repairing them. It was disappointing to pay high rent for a property that was not properly maintained.
