The landlord is straight up negligent. Everything’s falling apart and there’s mould everywhere. It’s an 8 bedroom place including one that’s illegal. Neither shower works properly and the oven is a gas stove with no working sparker so you have to reach in and light it by hand. The smoke alarms are always flat and two of the rooms don’t have outside windows. The landlord shows up with no warning. The front left bedroom leaks like mad when it rains. All the rooms are easy to break into. We had to do it once at 2am to stop the smoke alarms going off from dead batteries. The motel next door has screaming fights at all hours and the driveway will scrape the bottom of any car.
