The unit is in a quiet area with respectful neighbours, and the agency was generally responsive to maintenance requests. Features such as large windows, washing machine hookup, and nearby shops and transport made it convenient. However, the property is dated, with peeling laminate, old carpet, and no bathroom fan, which meant regular mould cleaning. Heating was weak, there was little storage, and the rent was increased each year without any upgrades. Overall it was a livable place for three years, but the annual increases eventually made it unaffordable for the condition offered.
