This house presented like an absolute slum. There was both new and old water damage throughout, a filthy and deteriorated bathroom, and a laundry where an old hot water service had clearly been removed but the pipes were left sticking out. The entire property was dirty and neglected, with mould visible in one of the bedrooms, in the bathroom, and on the external eaves. The standard of upkeep and presentation was unacceptable, with the agency allowing the property to be leased in a hazardous and unsanitary state. Tenants should be prepared for significant health and safety concerns if renting here.
