The units here look cute and are in a great location, but the floors are uneven, the boards are loose, and holes have been filled with corking and painted over. The building is infested with mould—real estate claim the landlord will fix it when tenants move out, but in reality, it’s just painted over. Apartment 2 was recently ‘fixed’ this way and is now up for rent again at 00 a week. The mould returns within months, and it will affect your health. The landlord and agency simply don’t care. Avoid at all costs, especially at that price.
