Pros: neat, light-filled unit with an incredible private rooftop terrace and wide views. Agency staff were pleasant. Cons: hot-water system is very small – about two minutes of hot water then an hours-long reheat; baths are impractical. In winter we heated pots of water on the stove to bathe. Our ADSL was disconnected and the building has no NBN, only TPG FTTB with not enough ports for all units. We couldn’t get a free FTTB port and neither the agency, TPG nor the owners corporation resolved it. We ultimately had to move out as I work from home. Proceed with extreme caution and get written confirmation that an available TPG FTTB port exists before committing.
