Advertised as a simple share with a caretaker, the reality was far worse. The caretaker constantly entered the main house without notice, verbally abused tenants, and invaded personal space. The landlord failed to lodge the bond with the RTBA and dismissed concerns when questioned. Tenants were pressured to leave after raising issues. Privacy, respect, and boundaries were routinely ignored, creating a hostile environment that breached tenancy rights.
