I have been living in the property since 2016 and there have been numerous issues including breaches of quiet enjoyment, urgent repairs not being completed, and personal safety being compromised by the landlord. I experienced intimidation by the landlord and agent, black mould in the property, and tap water not fit for human consumption. Keys were given to my ex despite an intervention order in place. A river of water ran through the carport every time it rained. I was unable to shower or drink the water, and the paddocks on the five-acre property were unusable due to collapsed fencing the landlord refused to repair. He threatened to shoot my dogs if they escaped, and my car was damaged by tree roots growing through the only access driveway. Repeated reports to both landlord and agent went ignored. Warning: don’t rent through this agent. You’ll only end up a cash cow for the landlord.
