The sewer pipes are detached from the main line, causing ongoing issues that were never properly fixed. The landlord lives just around the corner and repeatedly visits the property without notice, while his father walks past almost every day. There’s no privacy and no respect for tenant boundaries. Poorly maintained and constantly intrusive — not worth the hassle.
