The landlord consistently refused to address major issues. Mould was blamed on tenants despite clear structural problems. A large hole under the sink remained for a year, and the eventual 'fix' was a crude asbestos patch sealed with silicone. At the end of the lease, they attempted to withhold bond money for yard work even though the weeds were already overgrown when moving in. Extremely poor maintenance and accountability.
