This house had constant maintenance problems that were never properly fixed. The landlord ignored repeated requests to repair things and blamed tenants for mould that resulted from poor ventilation and leaks. A large hole under the kitchen sink was left open for about a year and was eventually patched with a piece of board sealed in place rather than repaired correctly. When moving out, the landlord tried to claim part of the bond for garden maintenance even though the weeds were already overgrown when we moved in. Overall, it was a frustrating tenancy with poor upkeep and unprofessional management.
