Do not rent this property. The apartment is infested with black mould throughout winter – covering the walls and ceilings in the bedrooms and bathroom. The smell from the cupboards is unbearable, and our clothes and furniture were destroyed by mould. My six-year-old daughter developed a persistent cough while living here. The landlord ignored requests to address the issue, and it’s clear the building has a major moisture problem. If it looks freshly painted, it’s only to hide the mould underneath.
