Asbestos was discovered buried in the backyard, only found after we were exposed while weeding. The agent arranged for limited removal but refused to conduct proper testing for further contamination. The property also had flooding and drainage issues, a leaking outdoor toilet that drained into a blocked and foul-smelling pipe, and persistent mould problems. It took months of complaints before an extraction fan was finally installed. A health and safety nightmare.
