The property was plagued with mould, with black patches on walls and window sills that were simply painted over rather than fixed. Carpets were in terrible condition and looked unsafe. The agency allowed tradespeople into the unit without notice or consent on multiple occasions, leaving me feeling exposed and disrespected. Maintenance was minimal and communication was unprofessional.
