The property is infested with mould and rising damp, with walls deteriorating from long-term moisture damage. The landlord is fully aware and repeatedly paints over the mould between tenants rather than properly fixing it. The same problems have existed for over 15 years. The agent appears complicit. Living here severely impacts health, belongings and mental wellbeing. Avoid this property entirely.
