Relatively new building but with serious waterproofing issues. Heavy rain causes water to travel into the living area, and long showers lead to leaks under tiles and into the carpeted space. An inaccessible balcony allows pigeons to nest, and many roost on the roof, leaving droppings everywhere. My storage unit in the garage was broken into and items stolen. Some residents leave rubbish outside the bin room even when bins are empty—at times the pile was so large you couldn’t even get inside. Overall, looks fine at first but poorly maintained and frustrating to live in.
