The apartment itself was modern and comfortable until the air conditioner leaked and caused extensive flooding. Repairs took months, with tradespeople in the property almost every day, making it impossible to live in properly. The landlord refused to release us from the lease or reduce rent despite the disruption, which was disappointing. The agent, however, handled the situation professionally, supported us, and explained our rights to vacate without penalty. Overall, the property was fine, but the landlord’s attitude during the repairs made it a difficult experience.
