Tight-fisted owner who delays all repairs until they become critical. Cracked sewer pipes cause sinks to back up and wastewater to pool under the house, leaving a sewage stench outside. Broken window seals and rotted gutters let water pour inside during rain. Tiny split-system air-con barely cools one room, no roof insulation, and worn carpet, lino holes, and damp swollen timber throughout. Mould in main bedroom robe from past leak, stove ignition broken, and fly screens replaced at tenant’s cost. Avoid unless desperate.
