Belle Property were great – the leasing agent was professional and helpful throughout the entire rental experience. Unfortunately, the property owner was the complete opposite: uncooperative, dismissive and unwilling to maintain the home he inherited. Significant mould issues were ignored, and when raised, we were gaslit and blamed for them. We ended up breaking the lease early without penalty because the situation was unliveable. Excellent agency, terrible landlord.
