Extensive mould and drainage problems. A rotted pipe flooded walls, leading to severe mould growth in the bedroom and bathroom. Faulty wiring created a fire hazard, extraction fans never worked, and air-con repairs took months. Landlord ignored safety issues and left rubbish piled in the yard for years. Bond return took six months due to their negligence. New tenants still facing the same issues—avoid this property entirely.
