Severe slab and foundation movement throughout the house. Independent builder inspectors confirmed it was the worst slab heave they’d ever seen. The owners have tried to conceal cracks in the plaster and skirting, but it’s impossible to hide—several doors jam shut or won’t latch at all. Major structural issues and unsafe living conditions. Avoid this property.
