The agency was hopeless at managing anything even updating a lease with a new tenant took months. The property itself was unfit to live in. The roof leaked badly and mould spread through the hallway. The landlord only ever paid for someone to ‘inspect’ the leak, but because tradies couldn’t get on the roof in wet weather, it was never repaired. Plumbing was also failing when the washing machine drained, soapy water would pool under the house. Overall, both the management and the property were completely inadequate.
