Affordable and in a great location, but the shag carpet is the stuff of nightmares. The only wardrobe space, ceiling, and bathroom are all covered in mould, and the curtains and blinds are broken. At the inspection the property manager said they would 'report the issue' and admitted they didn't know 'how long the place had been closed up for'. Despite this, the property is still listed and presumably in the same poor condition.
