This was a small studio at 44B Park Avenue that looked attractive in the listing, but the reality was much less comfortable. The size and layout made it feel cramped, and maintenance standards were below what should be expected. Noise, limited privacy and basic facilities were constant issues. Overall the property fell short of being a secure and healthy long-term rental, despite being marketed well by the agency.
