This apartment complex was infested with cockroaches and other pests, and the unit itself was in poor condition. When I moved in, the washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and stove were all broken, and the place had not been cleaned properly. The rent was high for the standard offered and communication with the managing agency was unhelpful throughout the tenancy. I would strongly advise inspecting very carefully before considering a lease in this building.
