We were there for 18 months and the place was full of problems. The whole house was on a slant, the front door never locked properly, and there was no air con or even fans, which made it unbearable in the heat. It was always damp, filled with mould, and we had possums and rats coming in. Every issue we raised was ignored by the landlord, who clearly didn’t care and just saw it as another investment property. The water supply was rubbish too. All up, a terrible place to live.
