One of the worst rentals I have lived in. The plumbing was so bad that raw sewage backed up into the water pipes, leaving no running water in the kitchen or bathrooms until a plumber confirmed the issue. Even after that, nothing was properly repaired. Tiles stayed broken, the upstairs windows had no required safety screens even though I had a child, and the back door was jammed shut the entire time, creating a huge fire and safety risk. The agency never took responsibility for any of it.
