The apartment was small, poorly maintained, and extremely uncomfortable to live in. The bathroom and bedroom both developed heavy mould, and there was no heating or air conditioning. In summer, the double-brick design made it unbearably hot, and I once suffered heatstroke. Repairs were slow or ignored — a leaking tap was dismissed until it burst late at night, filling the apartment with steam. Electrical issues caused mild shocks, and the only advice given was to wear rubber-soled shoes. During COVID, I was also asked for inappropriate financial details when requesting a rent reduction. The bathroom was so tiny that you could only sit sideways on the toilet. Avoid this property and agency if you can.
