The bottom floor of this property was completely uninhabitable. Every time it rained the house flooded from back to front, leaving the walls and internal stairs rotting. Black and pink mould spread through the lower level, creating serious health risks. The property also suffered from inefficient and unreliable power supply. None of these issues were properly addressed by the agency, leaving the place unsafe to live in.
