I rented this property more than ten years ago with my young child. Although the rent was inexpensive, the house was dangerously outdated. One day I was electrocuted when turning on the shower and discovered that the wiring was more than sixty years old and not properly grounded. We were very lucky no one was seriously hurt. The electrical system had to be completely rewired, and we stayed with family for a week while the work was done. It was a frightening experience that highlighted how neglected the property had become. Based on this, I would not recommend renting here.
