This place wasn’t even a proper residential address — it used to be a chicken butcher shop with a plaster wall added to divide it up. Because of that, I couldn’t even connect the internet as the address didn’t exist in official records. The real estate conveniently forgot to mention that before move-in. There was zero privacy downstairs; workers from the adjoining shop would sit outside on plastic chairs all day, right outside the window. The laundry was outside the dwelling, and the landlord used my power while I was at work. The whole setup was unprofessional and completely unsuitable for residential leasing.
