The property looks decent online, but the listing photos are misleading or heavily edited. The shower tiles were falling off due to mould, and the bathroom walls were soaked through with water damage and black mould. There was even a large hole in the wall letting insects in. Under the sink was so poorly built that our cats could access under the house through gaps, and the cupboards were soft from rot. Bedroom cupboards didn’t open properly and mould damaged our clothes. The kitchen tiles were loose, and nails stuck up through the carpet between rooms, cutting our feet. The place had no air conditioning despite being advertised with it, and wasn’t insulated at all—freezing in winter, unbearable in summer. The landlord was rude and aggressive, enforcing petty rules like banning more than two cars on private property, and later evicting the tenant over it. Living here worsened my health due to severe mould exposure. Unsafe, unhygienic, and managed by an appalling landlord.
