The unit itself was clean and well presented, but the experience living here was extremely uncomfortable. The landlord and his wife lived downstairs and constantly interfered in my life. At first they were friendly, but soon began to harass me about minor things such as parking, bins and visitors. They would use my bin for their own rubbish and still complain when I forgot to take it out. I was charged fifty dollars when I accidentally locked myself out and was told I would be evicted if friends stayed overnight. The atmosphere became intimidating, and when my lease ended they refused to renew it. I was then denied my bond refund and gate key deposit despite cleaning the property thoroughly and paying rent on time. The landlord stopped responding once I moved out. I would strongly advise others not to rent here, especially if you value your privacy or peace of mind.
