Inspected and it was full of roaches, alive and dead, all over the floor and walls, including crawling on doors. There was mould and water damage on the ceiling in one room. The place stank and was filthy. It was advertised as ‘available now’ but clearly needed a professional clean before anyone could move in. Clothes line strings were damaged and missing. The air con setup was also dodgy, with the outdoor unit inside the garage and a bucket used to catch condensation. Advertised at per week.
