Owner does the dodgiest renovations then when you leave he claims you did it all. Couldn’t even open the windows as he had painted them shut. He got someone out to help open them then tried to charge me for damage to the paint. When I fought back he forged documents saying I was thousands behind in rent and claimed ,500 from his insurance. I had to prove I left owing -bash, luckily I had emails stating that when I handed the keys back. He then sent a three-page cleaning list even though I had paid his 'guaranteed cleaners' 50 for the end of lease clean. Worst experience of my life in that house. The people renting the granny flat had a horrific time too — he even tried to have their cars towed from their own driveway. Absolute nightmare landlord.
