Inspected this property and the condition was far worse than shown in the listing photos. The bathroom wall paint is bubbling and peeling extensively, and the window has rotted through, leaving a clear gap to the outside. The carpet is old, grimy and pilling, and the stove and kitchen fittings are in poor condition with a cupboard handle already missing. The price was reduced from 00 to 75 per week instead of fixing the issues. It’s unacceptable that tenants are expected to live in such conditions, especially when advertising photos are misleading. This property needs proper repairs before being rented again.
