The unit itself was a fairly standard shoebox apartment, but the real issue was the building manager. He’s power hungry, incredibly rude and condescending to tenants. He also runs the building’s Facebook page, where he shares inappropriate posts about tenants — including breaches of privacy involving domestic disputes. Belle Property Armadale was okay to deal with, a bit slow on getting things done but nothing unusual. Overall, the building is fine, but the rent is overpriced for what you get and the building manager will make your life unnecessarily difficult.
