A serious word of caution to all tenants living at 32–42 Barker Street, Kingsford NSW 2032. When you move out, make absolutely sure you claim your bond yourself through Rental Bonds Online. Also, at the start of the tenancy, print and keep the ingoing condition report and make sure it is signed. Take photos of any existing damage and keep all emails and repair requests. Otherwise, you may end up in a long and completely unnecessary bond dispute later.
