The strata property manager was an abusive bully. The male landlord refused to repair severe water leaks that caused mould and made the unit uninhabitable. When I refused him entry without proper notice, he threatened eviction. The female property manager was completely unresponsive and failed to inform me of my rights. Even when I reached out to the agency’s management, they refused to intervene or help. Overall, a distressing experience with unprofessional and intimidating behaviour from both the landlord and agency.
