Two bathrooms but one is outside in the laundry and completely filthy. The place is infested with rats. At one point there was a dead animal smell coming from the stove hood, and the landlord’s solution was to ‘leave it and the smell will go away’. Minah birds nested in a hole in the balcony and the landlord told me to pour boiling water on them to kill the chicks. The yard is far too large for the house size, the home is old and uninsulated, the fireplace has been paved over, and it’s freezing cold year-round. Absolutely awful living conditions and negligent management.
