The garage floods regularly and the issue was reported to the landlord. After trades advised that the driveway would need full replacement to properly fix the problem, the suggested solution from the real estate was to continue using sandbags from the SES.
The flooding resulted in mould growth, an unusable garage and difficulties obtaining contents insurance. Overall the property had unresolved water ingress issues that significantly affected liveability.
