The inspection felt like a waste of time. The photos made the property look far better than it was in person. The house felt outdated and not liveable, with unsealed and creaking wooden floorboards that looked very old and poorly maintained.
There were concerns about whether the heater was compliant or safe to use, with another person at the inspection commenting that the heater unit may no longer be legal. Overall the property appeared to be in poor condition and did not match the impression created by the listing photos.
